450/750V及以下塑料絕緣控制電纜
Plastic insulated control cable

本產品適用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下控制、監控回路及保護線路中,作為各類電器、儀表連接線使用。阻燃控制電纜、耐火控制電纜、低鹵低煙或無鹵低煙阻燃控制電纜也適用于有阻燃、耐火、低煙無毒要求的場所。

產品執行標準GB9330,本公司也可按IEC、DIN、BS標準供貨。

The cable is suitable for connection line of all kinds of electrical equipment and instrument in controlling, monitoring and protecting circuits with rated voltage up to 450/750V. Flame-retardant control cables, fire-resisting control cables, low-smoke low-halogen or low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant control cables are suitable for flame-retardant, fire-resisting, low-smoke poison-free place.

The operative standard for this product is GB9330. We also can supply cables in according with IEC, DIN and BS standard.

一、使用特性 Requirements of application

1、   額定電壓U0/U 為450/750V。

Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V.

2、   電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度:聚氯乙烯絕緣為700C,交聯聚乙烯絕緣為900C。

The maximum permitted long-term temperature of conductor: PVC insulated control cables is 700C, XLPE insulated control cables is 900C.

3、   電纜敷設溫度應不低于00C。

The minimum temperature for laying is not lower than 00C.

4、   允許彎曲半徑:無鎧裝層或有屏蔽結構軟電纜應不小于電纜外徑的6倍;有鎧裝層或銅帶屏蔽結構的電纜應不小于電纜外徑的12倍。

The allowed minimum bending radius: It is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of cable for armored –free cable or shield flexible control cable, and it is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of cable for armed cable or copper tape screen control cable.

二、主要技術性能 main technical characteristics

1、200C時的導體直流及電纜的絕緣電阻符合GB/T9330-2008。

D.C. resistance of conductor and insulation resistance shall be in conformity with GB/T93330-2008.(China National Standard)

2、電纜能經受5min、3000V耐壓試驗。

The cable can undergo A.C. voltage of 3000V for 5 minutes without breakdown.

3、阻燃控制電纜能通過GB/T19666-2005規定的A類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為7升,供火時間40min,炭化部分所到達的高度不超過2.5m)、B類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為3.5升,供火時間40min,炭化部分所到達的高度不超過2.5m)、C類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為1.5升,供火時間20min,炭化部分所到達的高度不超過2.5m)燃燒試驗。

Retardant-flame control cable can reach class A(Volume of all non-metallic materials per meter from the selected cables is 7 liter, fire supplying duration is 40min ,the height of carbonized part shall be not more than2.5m), Class B (Volume of all non-metallic material per meter from the selected cables is 3.5 liter, fire supplying duration is 40min, the height of carbonized part shall be not more than 2.5m) and Class C(Volume of all non-metallic material per meter from the selected cables is 1.5 liter, fire supplying duration is 20 minutes, the height of carbonized part shall be not more than 2.5m)  test under fire conditions specifying in GB/T19666-2005.

 

4、耐火控制電纜能通過GB/T19666-2005規定(溫度為750~800℃持續供火90min,2A熔絲不熔斷)的燃燒試驗。

Fire-resisting control cable can pass (fuse shall be not melted during 90 minutes fire supplying at the temperature of 750~800℃) test under fire conditions specifying in GB/T19666-2005.

5、低鹵低煙、無鹵低煙阻燃電纜能滿足GB/T17650(等效IEC60754-2)及GB/17651(等效IEC61034-1)試驗要求。
